Steve possesses (30+) years of executive management experience with both middle market and larger, internationally recognized, publicly traded firms. He has deep operational experience in multiple industries including professional services, manufacturing, technology and financial services. He has an uncanny ability to analyze a business and determine how to make it grow and flourish.
Steve received his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota and Northwestern University – Kellogg Executive Management School for post-graduate studies in marketing, finance and venture development.
Richard Beleutz has over 25 years of experience in various capacities in the investment industry. He has closed over $1B in transactions for companies and investment products, has extensive deal experience in private equity and investment banking, and has an operations background as a former principal of three hedge funds. Mr. Beleutz has a well-established track record in the life settlements space, which began in 2006 when he eventually launched his first life settlement hedge fund in conjunction with a life settlement brokerage business and a life expectancy company. He also has a background in life insurance and annuities that dates back to 1993, when he began his career as a financial advisor with Ameriprise. Mr. Beleutz is considered a thought leader in the alternative investment space and actively participates in industry interviews and conferences. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan and holds Series 7, 9, 10, 24, 63, and 79 securities registrations.
Matt Schaefer is the Chief Financial Officer and a Principal of Admodum. Matt has over 20 years of cross-industry management experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings. Prior to joining Admodum he was the Chief Operating Officer of ParqEx, a venture-backed technology start-up in the real estate space. Matt began career as a mechanical engineer before making the transition to business.
Matt holds engineering degrees from the University of Michigan and Stanford University, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Andrew Lester brings considerable experience across private equity, advisory, investment banking and real estate, with a background spanning multiple countries, asset classes, and market cycles as both principal and agent. He has operated, advised, or performed diligence on the operations and capital structuring on $4B+ worth of projects globally whether on behalf of investors and families, as portfolio investments, or in preparation for a strategic shift, acquisition, capital raise or valuation event.
Andrew earned a BA in Economics from Yale with concentrations in Mathematics and Organizational Behavior and an MS in Real Estate from NYU, receiving awards at each school.
Steven Insalaco has over 30 years of executive management, corporate finance, investment, and real estate experience. He managed a $3.5 billion healthcare finance division, provided financial and management services to Fortune 500 and other public and private companies. He has structured over a billion dollars of financings and closed over 50 diverse structured finance transactions.
Steven earned a BA in Social Science/Economics from St. John’s, and MBA in Financial Management from Long Island University. He served with Military Intelligence Units, Strategic Studies Institute, Army War College, held a Top-Secret Security Clearance and was Honorably Discharged.
